Donna is a member of the American Association of Oriental Medicine, the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).

Donna has 14 years of experience practicing Therapeutic Massage, 20 years experience as a Health & Fitness Trainer/Instructor where she has also served as a corporate health and wellness advisor, and has been the Department Chair of the Therapeutic Massage program at Herzing University Orlando for the past 6 years.

What is Aloha?
It is a term used to express compassion, love, peace. The ancient Hawaiians put their foreheads together to say "alo" meaning "presence", or "share"; and then breathe out saying "ha" which means "breath of life" or "essence of life."

Native to Hawaii, Donna believes that health is a manifestation of balance, both within the body itself and between the body and the external environment. When the body is internally balanced and in harmony with the external environment, energy flows smoothly throughout to nourish all organs and tissues. By adjusting and stimulating the flow of energy through acupuncture, we stimulate the body's natural healing ability to maintain health and protect against disease.

Together, Donna's "Spirit of Aloha" and medicine supports our mission to provide individualized health care that is gentle, safe and effective.

In practice for over four years, Donna has successfully treated conditions such as sciatica, fibromyalgia, chronic low back pain, endometriosis, migraine headaches, tension headaches, weight loss, infertility, anxiety, and stress.

Donna Kini-Bowen is a Florida State Licensed Acupuncturist, Acupuncture Physician, Licensed Massage Therapist, Board Certified in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine and a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

She graduated with honors (Summa Cum Laude) from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine and received a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Professional Health Studies. Donna studied Advanced Auricular Therapy under Dr. Li Chun Huang, O.M.D. and the Balancing Method under Richard Tan.
